San Antonio’s finest culinary masters compete for the ultimate title of the 2011 Top Chef San Antonio.  Each chef will create a dessert on stage during the program.

The competition will be judged by a panel of San Antonio's culinary leaders and critics.  The chefs will be judged on 3 criteria: presentation, heart healthy ingredients/ preperation and of course... taste!  Competing chefs will each cook live on stage and give each judge an overview of thier selections during thier tasting.  The night will close when the judges announce the winning chef!
