Sandra Delgado is the Vice President, Chief Medical Officer for Humana
Government Business-TRICARE, a subsidiary of Humana, Inc. In this role, she oversees population health
services for over 3 million TRICARE beneficiaries in the South East United
States. TRICARE is the health insurance
for active duty, retired military and their dependents. With a population health and Preventive
Medicine background, she is focused on improving the health of individuals by
addressing health system innovation and modification.

Management. As the CMO, she provides health policy
guidance to HGB executives, external
partners,
government customer and stakeholders.
She is an executive in the Humana Clinical

utilization
management and policy/procedures.
Dr. Lindsay Bira
Assistant
Professor of Psychiatry, UT Health San Antonio
Dr. Bira is a Clinical Health Psychologist who specializes in the brain's response to stress and how we can be healthier overall by helping our brains. She serves as Assistant Professor of
Psychiatry in the School of Medicine at UT Health San Antonio. She received her Ph.D. in Clinical Health
Psychology from University of Miami and completed fellowship with Harvard
Medical School before completing an additional two-year fellowship in trauma
psychology.
Dr. Bira is actively involved in corporate wellness to
help employees build skills that will support wellbeing and health. Her current program "Hack Your Brain |
Hack Your Life" focuses on teaching people about the brain to reduce
stigma and help manage stress through practicing skills and mindfulness. Due to her work in these areas, she was
featured as a TEDx speaker and has also been featured by local NBC, FOX, Texas
Public Radio, Women’s Health Magazine, and more.

Sharon Noneman is Director of Global Benefits and Wellness programs for Rackspace. As the leading managed cloud company, Rackspace has more than 6,000 employees (which they call Rackers) who deliver specialized expertise and Fanatical Support on the world's leading technologies to more than 300,000 customers worldwide. Sharon came to San Antonio in 2014 to join Rackspace where she is responsible for providing programs that help Rackers live healthy, productive, and purposeful lives on the job, at home, and in their communities. Sharon has a passion for corporate and community health and wellbeing and volunteers her time with the San Antonio Business Group on Health, the Food Bank and the American Heart Association. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon and an MBA from the University of Oregon. She also has her CEBS and SPHR professional designations.

Roxanne Leal serves as the Clinical Program Consultant for Aetna and is dedicated to Bexar County. She oversees all aspects of employee wellness programs, data analytics, and vendor management for over 5,000 employees. Roxanne offers more than 5 years of experience in the health and wellness industry and is WELCOA certified. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Health from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Roxanne has evolved Bexar County’s wellness program into an accomplished program which includes many creative and innovative concepts. Roxanne is a member of the Board of Directors for the San Antonio Business Group on Health and is a member on the Health Care committee for the Mayor’s Fitness Council. Roxanne’s passion and enthusiasm in her role helps impact the lives of Bexar County employees.
Heather Gavras

Heather
Gavras earned a degree in Consumer Health Sciences from Miami University in
Ohio. After completing her dietetic internship at Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital,
she began her career as a clinical dietitian at the Cincinnati VA Medical
Center. She also holds a master of public health from the University of
Illinois at Chicago, with a focus on health promotion.
She’s
been with the American Heart Association for over 23 and is currently the
senior field consultant within the Integrated Program Department. In this role,
she supports the development, implementation, and ongoing field strategy to
reach the association’s goals. In her previous roles, she’s cultivated
strategic relationships with several organizations including the Cook County
Department of Public Health, Active Transportation Alliance, and Illinois
Public Health Institute. Gavras
is also a member of the American Public Health Association and the Academy of
Nutrition and Dietetics.
Tony Adeniran
Owner, Black Stallion Boxing
Tony Adeniran, 28, from Houston, Texas, is best known in San Antonio for his undefeated status as a professional boxer and his undying efforts to keep San Antonio healthy as a Certified USA Boxing coach. He has been coaching since 2012 following more than two decades and counting as an athlete in various sports. He has competed at the highest amateur level, Junior Olympics, and currently continues to pursue a career as an professional boxer by the ring name "The Black Stallion". At any rate, it is apparent that his approach to people is one based on passion and understanding. Tony's philosophic approach to motivation has allowed him to reach a wide variety of people which has catapulted him to an influential position in the San Antonio fitness community. Moreover, after completing his bachelors degree in Business Management at Texas A&M San Antonio, he has dedicated his life to professional boxing and fitness. Most recently, to expand his impact he recently established "Black Stallion Boxing Plus”, a Boxing/Strength & Conditioning Personal Training facility in which he and his team help people realize their maximum mental and physical potential by encouraging them to ditch their excuses and to live life to the fullest with NO LIMITS!
Nora Silva

Nora Silva is employed with the American Heart Association as the Sr. Director of Multicultural Health Initiatives for Central South Texas and Colorado. In this position, Nora has worked to decrease health disparities by providing health education, implementing health initiatives and promoting healthy lifestyles in the communities for the last fourteen years. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Health and Wellness Promotion from Texas State University and her Master of Public Administration with a certification in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She has one son, Sergio, but is happy to be an empty nester for the moment. Her passion continues to be teaching and promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness.
Jan Tilley

Jan Tilley, President and CEO of JTA Wellness, is a registered dietitian and national leader in nutrition counseling, wellness and chronic disease management. Her private practice, JTA Wellness, includes a team of professionals who work with patients using an evidence-based approach to wellness. Holding an MS in nutrition, Jan has over 20 years of experience in the food and nutrition industry. In 2014 Jan received the National Association of Women Business Owners Entrepreneurial Spirit Award. Jan has written numerous books including Getting Your Second Wind and Healthy Meals for Hurried Families. Eat Well to Be Well, her third book, focuses on empowering readers to live their best life through the power of embracing an anti-inflammatory lifestyle by making wise choices in eating, sleeping, exercising and managing stress.
